Viella Dance Collection is located in Australia, but our website features a built-in currency convertor which converts all costs into the customer’s country of origin for your convenience. Please note, all transactions will be processed in AUD only.
Payment is required in full prior to your Viella Dance Collection purchase being processed and dispatched.
To return Viella Dance Collection items, regardless of whether they are faulty, change of mind, wrong size or fit, you must meet our Returns/Exchange Policy Conditions:
- The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- The item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached
- The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
Please contact Viella Dance Collection at [email protected] to notify them of the return item/s you would like to make and they will respond to your email within 24 hours with the address for you to ship/post your items back to us.
Return postage/shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Viella Dance Collection will not be held liable if your items are lost in transit, or if there is a delay in delivery, so we recommend you send all deliveries via registered post or tracked shipping.
All clearance sale items can not be returned or refunded.
Other sale campaigns throughout the year will be detailed throughout the campaign at Viella Dance Collections discretion.
WRONG SIZE, WRONG FIT OR CHANGE OF MIND
If you are returning items to Viella Dance Collection they must be unworn and unwashed in original sales condition with all labels and tags attached. Please note this does not apply to “sale” items.
If the returned items arrive at Viella Dance Collection in the required condition, we are happy to exchange them or provide a credit note to the same value of the original purchase.
We are unable to refund postage/shipping charges and you must include a pre-paid return satchel for your new delivery.
Viella Dance Collection reserves the right to perform a production and quality check when you return goods to us you believe they are faulty.
If goods are deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement subject to stock availability, or provide a refund of the cost of the goods and postage/shipping.
Please ensure you include a copy of your receipt for return shipping/postage with the returned items.
In the case of a refund, please allow seven days from the time your returned package is received by Viella Dance Collection for your account to be credited.
When purchasing from Viella Dance Collection card details are transmitted through a secure server using the PayPal. Card data is not hosted by Viella Dance after processing.
