Shipping and Returns

The Viella Dance Collection team want your online shopping experience to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. If you have any queries about ordering or a purchase you have made, please email your query to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 1pm (AWST), Monday to Friday, where stock is available at our online warehouse, will be dispatched the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm (AWST) will be dispatched within two business days.

Viella Dance Collection must have the correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

We use Australia Post Express Post for Australian deliveries which allows you to track your order once it has been dispatched from them. You will receive your order between three to seven business days from dispatch.

Please note payment verification is required prior to us shipping your order. Depending on your payment method this may add a small delay to your shipping time. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Viella Dance Collection online store prices do not include overseas duties or other custom charges that may be applicable depending on your country of origin. Viella Dance Collection hold no responsibility for any customs/duties charges you may incur.

Viella Dance Collection use DHL or Australia Post for international orders and delivery may take up to 16 business days depending on your international delivery destination’s custom process.

International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of everything ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”.

We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties, contact your local customs office directly.

CANCELLATIONS

Please select your items carefully. We are unable to accept cancellations as most orders are processed within 24 hours.
